Micro/mini MR parts reference thread at RCG

Postby Max » Wed Feb 04, 2015 7:52 pm

For anyone who hasn't seen it yet, I found this RCG thread quite useful and full of good information. All the data is on the first page of posts, including extensive motor thrust testing, battery options, RTF frame descriptions, prop comparisons, and much more.

Hi Max,

I've followed that thread on and off. If you go to post #1231 their is someone flying a M4 with one of the Benedikt frames that supports the FC with rubber bands. Hard to believe it works very well with the M4.

Hi Steve,

I didn't page through that thread much -- good find on the M4. I'm also surprised that works with rubber bands! Though what exactly is "stable" is sometimes up to interpretation. I like his 2nd frame a bit more, personally, and he says it flies better also. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost ... count=1234

Yes, that frame looks very nice, I might cut one out and try that type of construction.
