PWM Tool

I'm working on simple PWM generator for simple esc calibration, pwm reading and sending (maybe PPM too).

Hi Adam,
maybe this 'lil gem would have saved some hours of my life when trying to calibrate the ESC32V3 protos
Looking forward for more details!

Done !

At this moment there is:
- PWM sending in configurable steps by up/down buttons
- PWM reading from reciver and detecting No signal
- Esc calibration option by configurable values and interval between hi and low value

- 2 "out" port
- 1 "in" (RX) port

The tool is powered by 5V from esc or reciver or additional power supply.
