Shouldn´t make a difference which FC you are using as long as you set it (and the radio) up correctly and connect the appropriate wires GND-5V-SIG similar to the AQ shown above.

Here are some alternate photos showing "Larry's method" from one page back. Uses original SBus signal pin on Rx, so no extra connectors or wires this way, and keeps the 300 Ohm resistor in place on the SBus signal line. Careful when scraping off the solder mask to expose the trace, it is easy to scrape off the copper along with it.
