QGC hangs on startup

Hi guys,

I have a very strange problem with QGC and don't know where to ask for a solution.
Maybe you've heard this before or can give me a hint.

System: WIN 7/64 bit and AQM4, AG QGC 1.6.3.1

Everything was fine and somwhere during configuration of the M4 the QGC crashed.
Now even after disconnecting the M4 and a reboot, the software always hangs during startup at the same point.
The procedure on the splash screen says: "Restoring last view state".
Also no luck with a fresh download in a separate folder.
What can I do?

Delete/move/rename the entries of Qgroundcontrol in \User\AppData\Roaming
They contain ini files which will be created on first start.

Thank you guys, that did the trick.
Next time I'll also try command line

The command line is good for testing the serial connection. In your case it tried to restore the previous view.
I had a similar incident solved by changing CURRENT_VIEW in the ini file and that solved the crashes.
