Jan this is not a calibration problem, you should head over to the PID tuning section of the forum.
I would mention your TAP is double to high, the TRD Out Max much to low and so on..........

And also this rig looks very overpowered

from r234+ several important changes were done (see this post viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2419&start=80). In particular motor plots are not representing what it should. I don´t understant also that meanning of your plots (I got same kind of plotting). Could someone explain that?.

If youre using the TARE function instead of a full calibration does it need to be tared after every power up? I just tried it on my bench and it leveled the HUD but after resetting the level was gone. Is there a way to save the tare?

Tare is temporary at the moment. I think that a new version QGC will be released shortly with better functions for DIMU handling and we are discussing ways to handle write/read to Eeprom and storing tared values. It should end up in a release candidate and matching QGC eventually...but I cant state a ETA on it.
