No google earth without Wifi connection ? (Solved)

Using QGC in a country where no wifi connection, is it possible to get the map in QGC ?

Use "cache" function in maps widget. Mark area to be cached by holding shift or alt + mousedrag. Going down to zoom level 19 or 20 is usually sufficient.

Only maps can be cached, not Google Earth. But both the Google and Bing maps have "hybrid" maps with sat images layed over the map info. They are pretty precise and works well for mission planning.

I find that for Denmark, Bing maps are more recent and better resolved than google maps. So thanks to Max for adding that as an option.
