Problem in position hold

yesterday i finished the calculation for my hexacopter.

Here is the hardware:

MT2216-900kv
11x5 Graupner E-props
F20 with SimonK
3s 5000mAh.
FRsky D4R-II
Telemetry: 3DR 433Mhz clone from Rctimer
AUW: 2,5Kg in total, 700gramm waterbottle included

first of all, i started with 4s 5000mAh, but it looks like a little bit overpowered, therefore i switched over to 3s.
manual mode seems to be very stable, checked the throttle factor with 0,7... log tells, it's ok.

Some of your motors are working harder than the others. I guess the harder working motors just could not keep jaw at the windgust. Furthermore your jaw OM locked jaw control @ -160.
How does your mixing table look? All your motors should work more or less at the same PW in hover.

i just take the mixer table from the new qgs. I'm sorry, but i'm not so experienced that i can read log file correct.
I modified a little bit.

Christof is right, your CW motors are working much harder than you CCW motors. I doubt you could keep it straight at all with an incorrect mixing table.

Look and see if all your motors are perfectly level. If they all look good to the eye then take a motor and tilt it slightly in the direction you need more yaw. It doesn't take much, a couple of degrees will do it. Keep looking at the logs until all the motors are averaging the same power.
