How to measure thrust

I found several different methods of calculating thrust parameters with excel spreadsheet from wiki.

Some people starts calculations from 0 RPM and have several 0 thrust values in start of measurements.
Others starts calculation from first not 0 thrust value.

Where is true?

Both are fine since they will give you the same curve

But result values are different. Try to add rows with 0 thrust at start of your calculations.

The actual result numbers don't matter as long as the overall resulting curve is correct. There are multiple ways to express the same curve.
