Here are mixing matrix with errors. How to understand this errors and fix it?

You can fly with an error in the motor mix. The error is just letting you know that your setup does not have the center of gravity at the center of your aircraft.

Now i have another problem. Motors rotates on constant speed without any reaction by frame movements.
I attached my params file.
