Quatos and weight changes...

Am wondering how forgiving is Quatos and weight changes. So if I set up a platform with Quatos and have measured exactly the mass of individual components and it flies great, how will this now perform if I change a lens on the camera or add an additional battery pack? Would Quatos be able to cope with the weight changes or do I have to do a new profile?

Is it possible to have different profiles saved and have the ability to switch between them easily enough out in the field? Or is this not needed as Quatos will be able to adjust as required

Someone else will need to chime in regarding how much "leeway" you'd have with different masses, but as far as the parameters, they're just like any other AQ setting. You can save/load different configs via text files with QGC, or for example use different SD cards each with their own PARAMS.txt which loads at AQ startup.

I was experimenting with that. On my 6Kg machine a weight change at CG of 1Kg did not change the performance seeable. Nevertheless I would adjust the weight profiles as precise as possible. I would go with Max's SD proposition.
