Solder Bridge U3???

I have received my DIMU from Viacopter and have conducted a close inspection before soldering onto the FC and have discovered a soldered bridge between two legs on U3 closest to C4. Is this suppose to be there or should i clean this up before first power on?

Those two pads are internally connected, so while it looks ugly - its not a problem.
