M4 LadyBird going crazy

I am very new to quadcopters I hope someone can help:)
Problem:

I just want to fly normal so hope someone know this problem

Looks like a prop spinning the wrong way, the IMU flip/rotate is wrong, or something similar. All very common (and easy to make) setup mistakes.

Please verify that the props are spinning in the correct directions by only giving enough throttle to start them moving (can't tell from the video). Then save your actual onboard parameters (using QGC) and post them here.

Did you load firmware after receiving your M4, and if so, exactly which version did you install?

I had this problem, check your motor ports and the orientation of the board. I got a RTF from viacopter and i needed to change them.
