Because TBS discovery is a asymmetrical frame you should opt to use QUATOS in favor of PID control.

Sad to hear this. I am planned to build TBS on T-motor antigravity 4006 380kv with 6s battery, but ESC32 dont support 6s batteries.
My current engines is just garbage for testing and learning autoquad. For this garbage I dont want buy ESC32 that can not be used with Antigravity 4006

I wouldn't bother with the mixer table, just use the Quad-X mix. That's what QuatosTool comes up with for a "spider" frame anyway.

FC should be a CoG, which needs to be in the center of the virtual circle formed by the 4 motors.

A local friend of mine built a Disco once (with a KK board)... He ended up selling it because it flew horribly (vibrations galore). YMMV.
