M4: Motor trouble when it comes to GPS Fix

The file "WithoutESCandMotors046-AQ" is on the ground. The file "005-AQ" is during a flight.

I checked your log 005 and I see what you are talking about.
The first flight was with hacc 100m - manual.
The second flight you had about 2.2m hacc which is a terrible value.
Most spikes occur whan you have RC input.
Then you switch to PH and you have spikes with no RC input - that's because the FC is navigating now.
To me it looks more like some mistuning and/or EMI than GPS problems.

Can you describe your craft.
Esc's, Esc hookup, motors, props, AUW, protocols used ect. Please post some pics of the craft. I am especially interested in the powerlines and PWM cables.

Hi Christof

the test results are not dependent on the Motors or the ESC. The logfile "WithoutESCandMotors046-AQ" has been recorded without motors and controllers and the peaks are in it anyway. You can find some pictures under the dropbox link.
