M4v2 automatically gains altitude during forward flight.

Hello,

So I'm having this problem where my quad automatically gains altitude when flying in any direction. The faster I fly in a direction the faster it gains altitude, then eventually when I stop it will settle back down to aroundthe altitude I was at before flying forward.

I allready tried putting some foam over my barometer like this, thought it was because air pressure from air flowing directly into the barometer holes. Problem still exists...

Any Ideas?

Still having this problem, even flying with a new frame now. I've added more foam to the barometer and still no help from that.

Hi Flyer,

looks like the foam is too compressed so the baro can´t breath.
The foam you use needs to have open cells (you can test it by blowing air/breathing through it).
And it needs to be covered completely to protect the sensor from light!

Thanks I've just tried a larger piece of foam more lightly attached to the barometer, and them some cotton instead of foam. same problem
