This is a great product! Really at the level expected for the AQ name.

Can´t wait to have one (or two). When is expected the release?

Production prototypes are on the way to devos now for confirmation. Once that is passed, a beta-production run of 100 pcs will be done and offered to teammembers and fans.

I cant state a timeframe on it, but everything is ready to go, so once confirmed its just a question of how fast the assembly house can get them through the machinery.

Standard PWM receivers will not work.
Getting a used Spektrum radio might be the easiest option, also saves additional weight.
I´ll try stripping a PPM receiver for my Hitec Aurora, remove the case and the pins and solder the 3 wires directly.

Keep in mind that it fits a Ladybird frame, each additional gramm will lower the flight time.

switchable from Sum signal and S-Bus.. and a Gigascan Telemetrie.

i have the Gigascan 5 and it works fine on a Nanowii in Sumsignal ouput.

I think the specification you did for this project is perfect. The prize is a direct consequence of that, as you´ve explained. Market is plenty of micro and nano quads that are simple toys with a prize that is not so low in some of them, for the perfo they offer.
There´s no one in the market with these high perfomances. I´m sure that M4 will be a commertial success that will keep high the name of AQ.

The specification is all Bill and Steve. They really pushed the limits of what can be done on such a small PCB. So all credit go to them for the design. I am just the guy that puts it into production
