In the 3rd vid its clear that something with your orientation is wrong. The first thing your craft is doing is yaw. A mag cal might help.
What where the params you tried in vid 3?

It's been a while but the PWM setting are different for sure and some others. Just bring up your parameter file next to the one I gave you and you should be able to figure it out quickly.

If you need to compare text files, you need a diff tool. Eg.
http://winmerge.org/ or even
http://www.diffnow.com/I wouldn't start with anyone else's config though, unless you know exactly what you're actually setting, and why. Your XML and motor A1/A2/SCAL numbers is all you need, besides the defaults. On M4 you'll need to change the Motor Arm/Min/Start PWM numbers from zero to match the ESC32 settings (or whatever you're using, unless it's CAN in which case those settings don't matter). That's all.
BTW you can load your Quatos XML directly into QGC mixer config. Saves a step.

Your parameter file looks good when compared to the one I sent you. I think the motor order or M4 rotation might be not right.
I would try to see if the motors properly change their RPM in reaction to movement of pitch and roll joystick. When try yaw and see if that is right.

Have you set the Esc32 parameter PWM_RPM_SCALE on all 4 esc to be same as the AQ parameter MOT_VALUE_SCALE (7200) in your case ?

The antenna picture shows how to read the radiation pattern graphs they provide for each antenna. It's not a representation of the radiation pattern itself.
The AQ frame coordinates and the coordinates shown in the antenna picture have nothing at all to do with each other.
Motor rotation direction is defined in your XML file. You can verify it by looking at the generated YAW numbers in the QGC motor mix config and comparing them to the diagram on the right (negative/positive). Your ESC rotation direction settings have to match also, which you need to set/verify manually on each ESC.

Hi Joerg
Seen from above the craft!
Motor 1 is front left CW
Motor 2 is front right CCW
Motor 3 is rear right CW
Motor 4 (5) is rear left CCW
Why do you have this motor numbered 5 when using CAN. I would use 4.
Be aware of the rotation of the M4.
After flipping the rotation must be set right.
Cheers
