CamCruiser reloaded - M4 + Quatos

PDB is in place; wiring is still a mess but will be cleaned up and fixed later. CAN bus is fully working, motors are spinning --> will get the last parts from custom tomorrow and wait for good weather.

Wiring is still a mess but will be completed when I got the remaining parts from custom (anti-spark battery plugs --> battery cable will be exchanged).
ESC32 were connected to CAN bus.
Actual weight as pictured is 1210g.

sorry for keeping you waiting that long for the next update, but these are busy days atm!

Here are some more pics of the new craft:

all wired up! Decided to use one of my Mav2Telem and the M4CAN since I decided to redesign the board with the expansion socket.
The GPS antenna wire was changed to a longer one (made from GPS expansion which viacopter/Jussi carries in his shop; details on the mod were in the wiki)

On-board Cypress RX and Orange sat were used for antenna diversity

Parts for the Orange Sats antennas: two zip-ties, some plastic tubes and a bend - 45 degrees - motor mount

putting everything together and fixing it with mirror tape gives some nice tentacles.
Please note the Spektrum TM1000 telemetry transmitter below the antenna, fixed to the frame with mirror tape. Bluetooth module will be re-located to the left side wall.

AUW with Turingy NanoTech 6000mAh LiPo is 2075gramms.
Cable to LiPo will be changed to XT90 anti-spark connector

Had the first flight today. Only changed trottle factor and NAV_ALT_SPEED_I to get some logs in position hold mode. Will now analyze the data to start further tuning.
Quatos next!

You want a camera? You get it!

Fatshark GoPro mount added. A 600TVL (or compatible) FPV camera can be added next to the GoPro.

Upper and lower mounting were interconnected by two 50mm aluminium standoffs. A Fatshark cased video transmitter can be snapped to the mounts backside. Either use it with the FPV or GoPro camera.

The POM part to which the mount is attached to is a Black Snapper - GoPro Adapter Simple. Each GoPro (compatible) case can be used on this mount.

Since I needed some more 4S LiPos I've bought a pair of 4S 6000mAh P-Ion LiPos from HaDi-Rc (Chrizz, http://www.HaDi-RC.de).

Using them will save me 50g compared to the Turnigy NanoTech.

both brands side-by-side. Connector is a XT90 anti-spark

P-Ion V2 4S 6000 mAh

Turnigy NanoTech 4S 6000mAh

Both are 25C discharge rate with a 50C peak.
