From looking at your photos and your parameters I see you may have the M4 board set with the front of the board pointing to the back of your quad.

Your parameters show you have 0 for rotation. You will need to have 180 for rotation if your M4 is placed the way I think it is. That's the way it looks like it's flying and don't ask me how I would know that.

If you did a Tare before you tried to fly then I'll bet your rotation is off.

Hi Joerg

Please verify that you are using ports 1-4 as indicated by the Parameters.
(In the initial xml file that you had posted u were using ports 1,2,3,5. But the parameters are generated for ports 1,2,3,4. So maybe you overlooked that)
Use Am2 around -12 to start with.
From your params i see that motors 1,3 are CW, motors 2,4 are CCW.
Please verify that the props are correct.
