In QGC just enable/show the "Channels Monitor" widget. For controls assignment, channels 1-16 are available.

You can assign more channels through the parameter list -> radio
In the radio tab of the GUI there´s only 10...

I usually prep a small file to load frm QGC with the assignments:

I'm quite interested in your buildlog as I'm also looking for a fpv quad paired with the smoothness of the AQ. So can you give an update on this if possible?
