clsoe to giving up. Did the whole procedure again 2.5 hours wasted no data was writen to the SD card. Dont know why it writes sometime and dosent other times. Dont really think it makes a difference concerning FW revision. The board I had before were the gyro temps seemed to have an issue only had logging problems at the beginning but than it was constant and it was writing data.

I use a 32GB sandisk Class 10. Could be it but it still doesn't explain in my eyes why the board stops to boot up after a certain amount of logging attempts, with the card inserted or not ! only flashing it again makes it come to life again. Thats the strange part.
