Jussi just started a new thread at RCG to present the SBGC project to a wider audience:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1815204

Once things have settled we'll add another section to the Wiki. If everything works as expected/hoped ViaCopter and Flyduino will open their gates within a month. 8-)

All done for a while, but as normal in development another ideas or wishes are added :)
The pass through is waiting for approval, but I included a shutter control with interval timer and now am testing a distance interval.

Good job, Menno!
Have seen the video and it looks pretty precise.

Looks like the young trees stand at ~12m distance.

While we're at "ideas & wishes": what about an automatic gimbal tilt based on the altitude? Means, when it's standing on the ground it points the cam straight forward and the higher you fly, the steeper the angle gets - adjustable via GUI of course.

That would help a single aircraft/camera operator to concentrate on flying...

Sounds great, it is a step to treat:
http://forum.autoquad.org/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=2222

Is it possible to get the code for personal testing :?: I think geotagging photos
with this feature would be very handy by using QGC "GPS data export" with
"Trigger Indicator", fore the beginning in a defined shutter intervall, what i
am looking fore.

Greatings
