How to disable gimbal stablization

Hi, I have a small FPV camera with tilt servo that I've connected to the port 10 of AQ and control it using the AUX 3 (Ch8) knob on my DX8

Radio & Control, Control setup, Gimbal Tilt = Channel 8.
Mixing & Output, Gimbal ports, Roll off, Pitch = 10.

As I am using it for flying FPV, I do not need the stabilization function. I only need to control the tilt for take off and landing. I cannot find any option to turn off the stabilization. Please help.

Thank you.

There is not an option for that, but you could try it with the roll and pitch scaler in the gimbal section setting it close to 0 or even 0.

In that case, how can I wire my servo so I can use one channel and port for a simple pwm output? Without assigning it to a gimbal function.

You can't, we've made a gimbal pass though code some while ago but I don't know if it in the development trunk yet. But as said, only for the gimbal.
Also a servo trigger is coded, but simply assign a port to pass though any channel we didn't make.
