surging motors

I am having the issue that i have surging motors. First I thought i only have it in alt-hold. Pls see youtube film http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJXSZWtI ... ature=plcp you'll hear the surging and see the bouncing. I tried to tune this out with navigation speed p and I and this is as good as it gets. But i found out that in manual flying i actually have the same surging while keeping throttle at the same position. So what pids to tune for the motor surging?

I have the same issue in manual mode to. I'm wondering if I need to cover the baro in open cell foam as I've had to with other controllers. Please let me know if you solve this.

Yes, cover the baro with cellfoam.
