Altitude/Pos Hold low altitude

Postby giantmonster » Mon Feb 15, 2016 7:41 pm

Hi everybody,

I want to to hover with my autoquad (Mid-Quadcopter) at low altitude (50cm - 1meter, I know the ground effect but 80cm should be OK) but the copter always increase his altitude (slow).
So I played with different PID-Altitude settings but no effect. The throttle factor is OK.

Is my min_throttle to high or PWM to short/long?
I don't know what I should check :|

Thank you!!!

Giant

You can try doing a Tare before you arm your copter. Be sure to save the Tare values

I try this and leave a comment!
What did you mean with "save"?
Non permanent memory should be OK for a test flight (without reboot) or?

Thank you!

I don't know why the instruction for saving the Tare values to the eeprom are further down the page than they should be.
