Replacement parts have been delivered long ago and the copter has been repaired. I beefed up with additional weights, to reach its destination AUW without my precious camera. Since then I am afraid of getting it airborne again.

Any advice with what settings I should start over now, without risking a crash again?

If I can help you, that is my PID for my X8:

On your photo i see that the propellers 1(A) and 3 (C) turn on the others side. For X8 1 is clockwise and 3 anti clockwise. See in the QGC.
