Vibration & throttle scale Problem

My Quad330 still reducing the vibration, now is around 1. I have attached 1 min flight Log and pictures, please advise what can i improve? or the vibration level is acceptable?

At the moment, I have solved the vibration problem thru adjust the PID, no more shaking. But have a problem of suddenly up and drop problem.

I am using default throttle scale factor 0.7, I got around 1400 throttle values!. What correct throttle scale value should i use? My throttle stick now is around 40% for throttle hold.

According to your log, you hover with a throttle of ca 360. Try a Trottle scale factor 0f 0.36. With that value, your craft should hover at midstick and an Output of 700.

on Picture DSC01871.jpg i can see a RECOM thats not glued to the board, they can vibrate in flight like hell and disturb your Gyros funtion.
Also you must hardmount the board to the frame, on dampers it will never work.
