Did some more flying tests but now in PH mode and with RTH. For sure Pitch is working harder than Roll. Can you guide me why. Since this is pretty balanced frame and center of gravity at center( what I believe) there shouldn't be any such issue. Or this is some prop motor (rctimer 5010 and 15" props) unbalance.

Hard to tell what's going on for sure, could be a yaw related problem if you fly in the "+" mode but since your board is set for the "X" mode I don't think that's the problem. The RC Timer props are not a bad prop but the amount of thrust they produce does vary up to 25%. If you have more props you can change them and see if that makes a difference.

Vibration could cause some of the imbalance.

How well is copter performing with RTH and Alt/Pos hold?

RTH is very accurate but during flying the copter does loses altitude by a meter or more over a distance of 50 meters. Position hold is also very accurate

I think the Last Log was taken while normal flying, make an other Log like:
start, hover with absolutely no pitch an roll input . search for an place with zero wind and turbolances.
if you can't find such a place, hover and without pitch and roll input yaw every 30 sec. 45° and let it sit there. until you made full 360°. Show us this log.

Normally rigs are flown foreward and backward and less sideways so it's natural that pitch showes more action on the log.
