The 50-25 does not look so bad, but I am not the pro reading logs. A video would be great.

Tune your PID before messing with the motor mix 
The default one worked fine on my hex.

strange things:
tilt rate D 5000
tilt angle P 20
tilt angly I 0.0005 (default)
tilt angle D 1200
motor mixer back to 100-75-100
not stable again... way better than before but still to twichy.
and also the motors do some strange noise...
follow logs...

here we are....
saturation all over the place...
update: crashed to the ground from 5 meters, 1 arm and 2 props broken, some cables cutted...
for limiting the output i lowered the OM values in angle and tilt... engaged pos/alt hold and then start oscillation... to the ground.
the log attached was from the previous flight with the pid reported just above... no log from the crash.
for now no positive experience at all with autoquad
what a pity...

tried the static and dynamic calibration checking... here the results...
to me appear quite obvious that the gyro's don't thermal compensate well.. what do you think ?

Your outputs are still clippping.
Go to extreme of
tilt rate D
For me I had to go down to 1000.
Find a nice big open area.
Drop it to 1000.
tilt angle P down to 10
It may be slow to react but it won't wobble.
Then check log.
In flight you also moved the sticks a lot.
edit: remove dupe image.

you looking at the wrong place....
the signal you have reported are post-calculation... this is the oscillation maken by the unstable aq...
if you want to monitor my stick... you have to look at LOG_RADIO_CHANNEL_1/2...

Opps sorry, I posted the same image twice.
Looks like you have a serious imbalance in your system
The middle for pitch/roll seems to be -100.
ESC calibration may need doing again.
