Static calibration, do I have a problem ?

After replacing the AQ6 RECOms on my "Magic Smoke customized model", I am convinced the new RECOMs run much cooler than the originals, I used a 12V 12AH sealed lead acid battery. I modified my sealed insulated food container so there is barely any air space around the AQ6.



However at the end of thawing for 1 hour 45 minutes, ambient temp 19C, the AQ6 board did not feel hot to touch and the curves confirm it did not get hot enough, I would like to see 50C, overcast day so I could not try assistance from the sun.


The sudden changes in the green curve, I have observed the same result in 2 separate runs, can anybody shed some light on this. Is this a problem ?
