A pity, Craig´s tool isn´t available any longer...

Go to http://magnetic-declination.com to determin your decl. & incl.

And then use the converter in QGC, Config -> "AQ Calibration" tab. Submit and save them in the "Misc. settings" tab.

The above info is outdated. The Calibso tool has wandered to the "Other Tools".
It´s a stand-alone executable and can also be started directly from the QGC folder (AQ_IMU_Calibration.exe).
