Hi Jussi,
Here is the Mag Magnitude log with the board out of the frame in my hand. First I turn north and South in my owns axis and it repeat the same readings. After I turned left and Right, up and down and I had the same result as you can see in the log below.

Here is some weird curves after calculations upload I frost the board again and here is the log of the IMU_Rate with board at position one corner below.

Ok, I suspected that your Z-mag had "tombstoned" but its not the case.

Can you do a short log with the board out of the frame, and turn it slowly 360 on all axises.

It looks like you may have a failing mag, if thats the case, I will replace that board. But the log file will show for sure.

The rate plot shown above looks like its having a condensation glitch.

Hi Jussi,
Here is the log from the 3 axis turning the board 360ยบ.

Mag sensors are working fine and scale/bias is within normals for an uncalibrated board.

You could try and do the dynamic on a smaller frame or even out of the frame and still produce a flyable result that will work on the big frame. It wont be the ideal, but will probably still fly good even with some Bias in the mags. The UKF is pretty powerful.

Recently, I have dropped to have any peripherals liker wireless links and servos connected when I do dynamic files. I dont see a difference, except that I have less problems with noise that screws with Sim3.

Should I include the gimbal, FPV transmiter and becs in the smaller frame?

No, I would try and leave them out or at least unconnected. Perhaps you can do that on the big frame first to see if you can get a better result. This should get you int the air, and from there you can begin to work out if any of your peripherals is causing noise or magnetic field warp by simple trial and elimination process - add the peripherals 1 at a time and use the logs to see if it creates noise in flight.

Thank you I will post the result later.
