Be careful using loctite, depending on your prop it can damage them, also consider star washers as well

I just pur loctite on the nut the Props remain clean

Nice to hear that you found the cause of the crash and that it was a mechanical problem. I think this is also helpfull for all new people to copters and autoquad, always secure your screws, nuts and so on.

If your prop mounting studs are long enough, consider using two nuts (jam nut).

I vote for two nuts also. It's easier to replace props if you use two nuts because the threads stay clean.
