Postby qalid » Wed Jun 26, 2013 11:57 am

Hello everyone, so I've finally reached to this step .. Did calib last night, got 3 log files in the SD card for that session!

At first I started plotting the first Log file, turned out to be complete rubbish results

The it turned out to be that I was using the wrong file - it was very small..

I think logging was disconnected. Below are the original results, files size is 358 MB
I freezered for 90 minutes and logged for the same..

Am doing the second one now, I think noise isn't an issue, but all of the curves are upside down! :?

They look good.
It might be that Mag_Y has a condensation or other Problem @530.000. Keep an eye on that in the following logs.

Thanks Chris,

Do you mean I should use a plastic zipped bag?

:geek: finished the 2nd test   didn't log any thing.. I tried same card again its working, seems like I haven't inserted it properly.

However, I wasn't OK with this location anyway, lots of birds were singing on top of my AQ

Any tips before I do this again? thanks

Here comes the new test, 2 hours in freezer and 2 hours logging. Normal position - levelled orientation.

A better one for ACC (closer marker):

I would cut the 2. log @ 1.1Mio (before the ACC noise) and use it. It is @ around 60°C. That's enough anyway unless you plan to fly in the desert. ;)

Desert, exciting!

Here's the 3rd session, marked corner facing upward, 90 minutes each.

Looks good to me. The bulb in ACC is repeated on all 3 logs. So it seems to be sensor specific. Just trim them nice and your ready to go.

Cheers
