Acc static graph...

Postby Jdmagoo » Thu May 09, 2013 11:01 am

Hi all,

Just wondering if this graph is going to be ok? I have tried the calibration numerous times using different foams, containers and locations but each time I get similar results. Although the noise spikes are in different locations each time.

Would these spikes be caused from the temperature changes, or is the board moving? I'm guessing the board might be moving due to the spikes occurring in the same spot on all curves (although the amplitude is different). The problem is I have tried packing the board in so it won't move and am pretty confident it isn't but could be wrong.

Anyway looking forward to your feedback

James

That is probably expansion shifting as the insulation and board is heating up. It should not be a big problem, the cal soft is able to handle some noise.
