Jack

The noise you see can be caused by shifting of the board in the container while the board is warming. The type of foam you use and how it is placed in the container makes a difference. Some mount the AQ board with stand offs to the container and then place the foam around it but not touch the board. Then place the container in a basement with a concrete floor in a third world country with no motorized transportation.

I sure this will work well.

I'm not an expert on the logs but I have done three AQ boards and I have not seen the mags or the Gyros have the kind of static you have. It takes very little movement in the place you put the board to cause static in the logs. Your mag curves looks like the container tipped and then you moved it back to a slightly different place.
Try again and find a place that has very little vibrations. On the third try I finally found a place in my house.

I think you just need to try again.

The mags are OK, but you need to cut away the noise at the end.

For the gyros, I am willing to bet that you have condensation as the board heats up. Make sure to dry out the insulation material and the board before placing it in the freezer. You can also add a small satchet of rice or dissicant to the box to absorb excess moisture.

Just try again, its not uncommon to have to try a few times before you get it right. Larrys advice about the box and standoffs is a good one!

what should i do, i should close the ziploc to prevent moisture.

thanks .

i dont want to experience fault steps.

Jack

The air in the freezer is very dry air so the container and the Ziploc bag needs to be left open till just before you remove them from the freezer. If you live in a humid house condensation on the board is more likely and a ziploc bag is a good idea.

Jussi is the expert and he is most likely right that you are getting condensation collecting on the AQ board.
