Low temperature static files

I4ve currently busy redoing the static files. All goes well but when cheking the first static file I find that the max temperature after more than an hour is still quit low. Is this normal? Because I also see that the lowest temp is also way lowerthan my fridge is capable of

The blue curve is important. Yours goes from -20 to +45 so this should be sufficient.
