static calibration board Nr.4 never had that before

PLZ look at this ACC LOG´s, never had this before.
This is, meanwhile my 4. board i do calibration but i dont get the ACC realy flat. Moisture is no problem nore vibration or themperature.
Calibration place is fare away from all kind of disturbing so efekts from outside could be canceled.

Might have a problem with this ACC sensors on this special board?







now here 3 different runs for a good ACC







compared with temperature this glitches are always around 40° Celsius.
