step 4a always running up and down

Ok I have tried numerous dynamics. But with step 4a i always get that the numbers mae run up and down. Between 0.17 and 0.27 . What is causing this? All the rest of the calculations run fine.

after restarting calcualtions it dropped 4 loops and then stopped dropping at a nice low mae 0.184224 so that looks good i think.

If 4a and 4b running up & down at initially, you can enter 1e-7 into variance to make a calculation of MAE count down slowly, then after 15-30mins (maybe) return back to normal 1e-6 (uncheck the variance) continue start cal. Then the MAE up & down effect will disappear.

Pls point out if i'm wrong.
