Difference dyn. cal

i saw the part2 video, which is totally difference with the dyn. cal pdf file (The Calibso Dance - Dynamic Calibration - Illustrated Manual). The PDF file show that each sequence is turn 360deg and 90deg for complete one direction. So totally takes 6 rotate circle.

However, the video part2 (http://youtu.be/9ZTlRT_25g0) show that 90deg did not complete one direction. It takes nearly 3 rotate circle for 1 sequence, totally 3x6= 18 rotate.

Does person self circle rotation times is not the critical factors? just complete the sequence is ok?

Lastly, on pdf manual, Six Sequence step "9 rotate your body 45 deg left while craft moves back to: starting position" means
put the quad inverse (bottom Up) on the level surface then power off?
