Calibration after firmware flashed

may i know how to do the static & Dynamic calibration again after firmware flashed? Any procedure?

Maybe I'm not understanding the question, but there is no "calibration mode." Just flash the firmware, then calibrate like normal (gather data, run calculations). But you already did that, I thought...

When I didnt flash the firmware, the calibration ready is quick flash of green LED. After I flashed the firmware, the green LED is flash slowly. My question is can I do the calibration when the green LED flash slowly after I connect the power?

The green LED should start flashing rapidly when you insert the SD card. Or if you start up the AQ with the card already inserted.
