Steve, You wont only change in source file for minimOSD Extra or compiled FW ?

What to change in minimOSD source:
file: ArduCAM_OSD.ino
serch: DEFINITIONS, specialy #define TELEMETRY_SPEED 57600. In current r608 this is 91 line.

Change it to
#define TELEMETRY_SPEED 115200

compile and load to OSD.
Remember to load last fonts file (mcm).

r608 is fresh for me with few bugs fixed bugs, I will test it and attach hex file.

Also, when you say 'compile and load to osd' do I need a program to do this or is it a text file? I haven't looked at my osd yet but will be in the next few days

I did get new motors and new ESC's and new construction for my new favorit HEXA .
I just finished calculate param file, so for few days I will get back to OSD with new firmware and share opinion and hex.
