How to arm AQ6 FC?

Postby jet » Mon Sep 22, 2014 10:01 am

Hi, all.
I cannot arm my AQ6 via PPM.
Please check the figure.
My firmware is aqv7.0.r429.b1820-hwv6.1-dimu1.1.
Based on the figure, I was sure that AQ6 recognized the information delivered from my RC.
However, when I tried to arm my AQ6, nothing happened!
My QGC was version 1.5.
Does anyone has suggestions?
Thanks for help.

For arming throttle must be lower than configured min throttle pulse. It seems that yours is now on 60 / 10%. I would suggest lowering the throttle low endpoint on the transmitter and try again..

Thanks joebar.rc.
What a great suggestion!
I can arm my AQ.
By the way, when I changed the flight modes, how can I identify the current flight mode in QGC?
Thanks for help.

Glad this was the reason.
Flightmodes. The qgcs does have limited notification for the status. Ie armed, stabilized etc.
So, some flight model are displays when entering them in the communication console part. (Position hold engaged, mission engaged etc) and you can see the bars in the radio display going to the intended mode.

And.... You can always attach leds to pwm ports to display the various modes.
