I don't know how to get debugging to work but the dump looks the same as it did with the old Hex.
I'm powering the Teensy with the USB and I disconnected the 5 v power to the Teensy. I still have a ground to the M4 in place.
I found that if I power with the USB I get the LED to blink once fast and then slow. When I power with 5 volts the LED blinks once every second.
Now with the USB powering the Teensy it blinks once fast and then slow but when I connect the power to the M4 the LED blinks once a second.
The Teensy must be getting some signal from the M4 to have the LED flashing change.
