Could you provide a screeenshot of your QGC HUD while standing on the floor.

Did you check the motormix?
Maybe you can add a simple drawing of your motor order and ports.

So you mean A=1, B=2, C=3, D=4?
What about the rotation direction of your motors? Please run ea motor and add your findings to the drawing.
it should be:

1 CW
2 CCW
3 CW
4 CCW

Please verify that your board HAS the right motormix stored. Connect and doublecheck. In this post the mix is fine.
Please also doublecheck your motorports.
These are the two mix-ups that happend to me before and consumed a lot of time and energy.

try to reduce the pith and roll to 50 and see if motor 1 is first left up. Your problem is in the mixing to my opinion.

Front left motor is running completely different from the others. It also stops earlier. Did you program them?
Looks like it has "brake on". Btw: did you calibrate the throttle range of all 4 ESCs?
