Still no luck. I removed the serial pins and cleaned up all the solder before resoldering the pins carefully. I also cleaned the board with 99% isopropyl and even ordered a different FTDI cable to try but the result is the same as the previous post.

I think it's time to talk to your dealer and get a replacement board.
