It should be possible to go up to ~10fps.

In my tests, AQ network is the one that get longest performances (compared with Xbee, BT and 3DR) but something like 100-150m, maybe a bit more but never 500m (at least without an special antena).
I´m just came flight with video and data link using AQ-network. Video camera is very good inside home with almost-static images (as it´s designed as a webcam) but not in moving environments. I need to play with focus, frame rate and resolution. I´ve made a video showing that (I´ll post in 1h about).
