Stil not solved problem with GSC connection

Hello,

Just got new aq board.
I can load new firmware to AQ board, but cant connect to gcs.
Make all like discribed in wiki, but when I press connect in communication window ... nothing new, the same screen like befor connecting.

Leds like described in wiki - steady red, every second green, rare blue but present microflashing blue.
GCS 1.1.1
Win7 (2 computers)
Flyduino FTDI
3s lipo on power port
J4 removed
tryed all com port speeds ... 57600, 115200 ...°

If during session disconnect FTDI from AQ board connection appear, nice voice say some param and after one two seconds it again disconnect and at the top shows red text Connection lost ...

If you are not using a real FTDI cable you must disconnect the DTR line per the Wiki.

Disconnected and now work.

.. for what purpose I soldered it 2 hours befor?

Sorry, still not work like due.
I see only part of the internal options in GSC.

- It is impossible to read the board pids and some parametrs just empty fields.
- it is impossible to write something because it couse sistem error and programm termination.

I take from friend his old XP notebook and there is possible to connect without problems.

Any ideas??

I would try different fdti drivers and see if that helps

Seems Flyduino is most reliable for this and this FTDI work perfectly on winxp comp of my friend, so issue not in FTDI but in windows7 compatibility with the gcs.

You can try the driver I use on win7 and win8. I had problems with the current driver being corrupted on their site. look for my post in this thread for the link
