I press the button. Then i see popup about "updating parameters" and nothing happens next.
Some time ago(about 2 weeks) all worked correctly.

Then you have a Problem with your connection to AQ. Check the TX/RX from BT to AQ.

All other tabs and alerts works correctly. Horizon is moving when I rotate quadcopter. Only parameters tab is empty.

brat002: How did you connect the S4 to the AQ?. Parameter transfer is using a lot of bandwidth, and my experience is that it fails on weak connections.

I'm using this chain for telemetry: AQ<->3DRadio<->3DRadio<->BT<->Galaxy Note. This combo had worked with older 3DR clones from RCTimer (SIK 1.6) for over 2 years flawlessly. After replacing the 3DR with new u-mite clones (same configuration but newer firmware SIK 1.9) i have the same issue like you, everything is working except Parameters. It say 'transfer...' but nothing happens, screen stays black. So i put back the older 3DR modules and parameter transfer is working again. I'm still investigating what is going wrong with the new modules, but i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the bandwidth.

I use bluetooth module in N4 expansion board. N4 is connected to M4 through standard j1/j2 sockets. Nothing else.
