QGC-AQ 1.3.0 (stable) available for Windows & OS X

Beta 3 is a small update to address a few issues. In case anyone has been having problems lately with Google map tiles loading properly, this version adds Bing hybrid and OpenStreetMap options.

I found a bug in the waypoint editor:

It mixes up loiter time and hit radius!
I.e. if I program a hit radius of 3m and a loiter time of 5sec. the onboard wp show it vice versa: 5m hit radius and 3sec. loiter time. That confused me big time when flying missions today, testing the orbit mode - which works very good btw. even under windy/gusty conditions. I needed a hit radius of 3m and a short loiter time (1-2sec.) or it had big problems to hit the wp precisely. Otherwise it was yawing to find the heading.

I've been looking at loaded missions with debug and I've seen a couple of things that I can't explain.

Although the desired Yaw angle is not used on Landing mode, the value you load from QGC is really loaded to poiAltitude for the NAV land waypoint. I'd like it to rotate to a heading I prefer or at least the one I took off on.

Also I also don't see the targetRadius getting set to anything but zero when I set it with the set home switch, and I assume that would be the same on a TO. In supervisor I see it is specially set for a loss of signal condition. I must be missing something here as I don't think it would work at all in RTL or at least it wouldn't land.

Here's an updated QGC for y'all. Some changes to bring it up to date with newer firmware, some import/export improvements, including for ESC32.... and some other goodies. Read the notes.

Oh, and also first release of 1.3 for OS X, including the improved queued speech output.

Great work as usual....and it just so happens that I have been building a GCS-briefcase with a small laptop, video screen, VRX and telemetry transceivers. This will be the perfect addition!
